So here I am again, the months pass quickly without noticing and soon it will be Christmas.

The month of September started with the family coming back from the holidays in Malta, they gave us a typical limoncello from Malta (it was really strong!) and one crisps bag which they are only sold in Malta and they are like the risketos in Spain.

Regalos / Presents

With the family arrival, the routine came, we started to work at 7, I had to be with my HK and her huffs...  The school started on 3rd September, so she didn't had time to assimilate the beginning of the course. Furthermore this year she sleeps at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays (not only on Thursdays like the last year), so I will spend less time with her.

If it doesn't continue like until now... because she has had stomach ache casually two Tuesdays (although I think it's a lie) because she didn't stop eating sweets. One of these two weeks the girl went to the school but she phoned home and the HM pick her up, but the HM had some dates, so I had to stay with the HK when I finished at 11, so I didn't work in the afternoon-evening. That was great because I could go to the Zumba lessons in Felsted, which are at 18.15 and 19.30, and I coudn't go before because I finish to work at 19.30. The lessons cost 5 pounds each (in England it's cheap), but the first one is free. The lessons are great but I had some painful stiffness next day hahaha.

This month it was the medium HK's birthday, she is 15 years old and she uses to read books that I have already read, like the Twilight saga, the Hunger Games, etc., so we bought the saga of Divergent for her, which I loved it (in England, there are some shops called "Workshop", where you can buy a trilogy for 10 pounds).

Regalos para la HK mediana / Presents to the medium HK.

Another different fact of last year's routine is that the oldest HK (she is 18 years old) is going to the university. She nearly went to Cambridge University, but she didn't manage to pass the specific exams, so finally she went to St Andrews University in Scotland, where the prince William and Kate Middleton studied.

The fact of the oldest HK has gone, it has changed my work, because now in the babysittings I have to sleep in the other house and I hate it, because I can't sleep well and there are lots of noises because the house is more than 500 years old. The first Friday of this month, the Host Parents and the oldest HK went to Scotland by car to take all the stuff, so I had to stay in the other house. The good thing was that the smallest HK had drama lessons on Saturdays and later she went to the neighbour's house, so I didn't have to work so much, because the medium HK can be alone at home.

Regarding to the Christmas' flight tickets, when the family arrived we had saved enough money to buy them, so we checked the dates and bought them. We have two weeks of holidays at Christmas, so we took two days more so we don't have to fly in the special days. We will go on 23rd December until 8th January. Mikel's fligh tickets cost 205 pounds to Bilbao with luggage included, and my fligh tickets were 346 pounds to Gran Canaria with luggage included (that's the only disadvantage of living there xD). Both flights are without stops and they take off in the nearest airport, so it was worth to buy this flight tickets than going to another airport.

One day I had to take the dogs to the vet because the HM couldn't arrive at home on time, so she asked me to take them. I was a little bit afraid because they could go to the front part of the car while I was driving (it's only 8 minutes away) but their behaviour was really good :).

And Maise, the youngest dog (but not the smallest one), has already the collar which cramps when she tries to run away from home, but we don't like that she stays outside because we are afraid if she looks something interesting like a dog, a horse... and maybe she will ignore the cramp, like Tilly in our first week ¬ ¬.

This month we can't complain, because we have gone so many times for tourism, like when we went to Canterbury and Dover, or Greenwich and Canary Wharf or Bury St Edmunds and Norwich. And also we have met our friends, and there are two new au pairs. Jule, a german girl who lives near to us and Amaia, a spanish girl who was living here before we came, she left the month before we came to England.

We have gone to the Pizza Hut and Wheterspoon in Chelmsford with Natalia, Hannah and her boyfriend, Rishi and one friend of Rishi who is Irish and it was so difficult to understand him; we have also gone to the Felsted pub, The Swan, with Ainhoa, Sara, Finnja, Hannah and Jule; and another day Marine, Natalia and Hannah came to our home and we orderder Domino's (which it has just opened in the nearest village) and we were playing with the Buzz in the playstation.

The weekends have been very busy between the meetings, the tourism and because Mikel has started to play futsal again and he has matches every Sunday, so we haven't stopped. Actually, one day we had to order the shopping to home (we took advantage of a 10 pounds off if you spent more than 50 pounds), and I have to say that it's really easy and the expiring dates were longer than in the shop!, so I recommend you to order the shopping to home if you don't have time (you have to pay between 1-5 pounds, it depends on the advance days that you order).

But this busy month will change in October, because our HM has just had a nephew, who lives in Thailand, so they will travel there, and Half Term holidays are coming, so they will go to Malta again and the only free weekend that we have, we are going to a hotel because it's our fourth anniversary...so I think that the next summary it will be a little bit more boring than this one xD.

Bury St Edmunds y Norwich / Bury St Edmunds and Norwich

One year ago a blog reader (I can't remember who was, sorry!) recommended me visiting Bury St Edmunds because it's a nice city, so one year later we went there, and we took advantage of going to Norwich. This trip was more about looking the city than visiting places. We went with Sara, Natalia and Amaia (who arrived two weeks ago, but she was living here until the month before we arrived).

In Bury St Edmunds we went to the market and walking through the main streets we arrived to the big park where there the ruins of the Abbey are. There we were only two hours because it's not a touristic place and we had to go until Norwich, which was one hour away.

In Norwich we saw the famous castle, but just from outside because now it's a museum, and we went downway through the Royal Arcade, where there were lots of shops until we arrived to the typical market of Norwich. From this square you could see the Council, which has the longest balcony of England. Then we continued to the river where we saw a beautiful viewpoint of the houses reflected on the water, we went through the medieval streets and finally we entered to the Cathedral, which was amazing.

In this trip we had fun, it wasn't too much about sightseeing, it was more walking through the streets and getting an impression of these cities. The next destiny? I think it will be Dedham, because some people have talked to us about this beautiful city, but we will have to wait because we have lots of babysittings this month ;).
